As part of our CSR strategy, we are committed to respect fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the provision of services. This work has been strengthened with the implementation of the Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) during 2022. This law is anchored by our Board of Directors and integrated in the framework of our governance structure. We have revised our internal routines, ethical guidelines, code of conduct, on-boarding training for new employees and purchasing agreements to take into account our responsibility in all of our supply chain.
A dedicated report reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors is published on our website, outlining the measures we have taken to address the identified risks and promote positive impacts while avoiding negative social and environmental impacts. This report also covers the nature, scope, and impact of our supply chain.
